Leadership Her Way™ is a two-part unique leadership training program for high-potential women.

The first part is a customizable monthly newsletter, co-authored by Michelle Collins and Julie Richie, that provides on-the-job development suggestions, actionable tips, and suggested readings for women in organizations.

The second part is a series of in-person or online group discussions we facilitate in which women learn from each other about ways to approach critical workplace issues. These tools enable women to capitalize on their unique perspectives and challenges and give each other targeted strategies to overcome career obstacles.

Your organization can choose just one or both parts of Leadership Her Way™.

Each monthly newsletter and group discussion can be customized to your organization's specific needs. For example, the newsletter could include employee profiles and information unique to your organizational culture.

Leadership Her Way™ gives our clients the opportunity to maximize the potential of their current and upcoming women leaders.
